linux-firmware: Add Intel BT firmware for 3160

This patch adds firmware patch files for
- Intel Wireless Bluetooth 3160 (ROM SPIN SKU)

This version fixes several issues including
- BT mouse and Headset connection issue
- WiFi Co-existance issue
- LED blinking issue
