Introduce a basic initcall implementation This library supports calling a list of functions one after the other. It is intended that we move to a more powerful initcall implementation as proposed by Graeme Russ <graeme.russ@gmail.com>. For now, this allows us to do the basics. initcall: Improve debugging support Add the ability to display the code offset of an initcall even after it is relocated. This makes it much easier to relate initcalls back to the U-Boot System.map file.
