MPC8313ERDB: Remove CONFIG_MPC8313ERDB

CONFIG_MPC8313ERDB is unused, and
TARGET_MPC8313ERDB_NAND/TARGET_MPC8313ERDB_NOR Kconfig could replace it.

Hence, get rid of CONFIG_MPC8313ERDB.
