Marek Vasut 8e807ec3aa IXP: Fix missing MACH_TYPE_{ACTUX?,PNB3,DVLHOST} ...

These symbols are no longer defined in Linux-ARM's mach-types files. Replace
these with CONFIG_MACH_TYPE instead.
