Pantelis Antoniou 4e33316f65 malloc: Turn on DEBUG when enabling unit tests ...

Unit tests require mallinfo which in turn requires DEBUG on
dlmalloc to be enabled.

The dependancy on CONFIG_SANDBOX is wrong.
