Use KernelDescriptor instead of patchTokens stored in KernelInfo's
patchInfo.

Update usage of SUPPORTED_IMAGES flag and do not use images when disabled.
Use SUPPORTED_2_0 only on fully OCL 2.1 conformant platforms.
