Maciej Bielski bfaf2309e8 refactor: cleanup setupHardwareInfo 
Use only `usDeviceID` and `usRevId` (known to be correct) instead of
declaring `hwInfo` pointer until the type of the latter is completely
initialized.

Put initialization of all `hwInfo` fields into `setupHardwareInfo()` for
consistency and make overrides explicit.

Young Jin Yoon 1fc2a936fc fix: read scratch page options during init 
Previous logic to initialize scratch page options during Drm::create
causes issues when PerContextVm is used, so moved the location of logic
to be configured before creating VM.

Jaime Arteaga 2efd6e547a feature: Add support for chunking in the UMD (1/N) 
Read if support for chunking is available in the KMD.
If available, KMD will create a BO with 1 or more chunks,
depending on the chunk size selected.

Jaime Arteaga a3b3f3e86e Add support for PRELIM_I915_PARAM_SET_PAIR 
This extension allows pairing two buffer objects so they can be
exported using a single dma-buf handle. When imported, a single
buffer object is created with a total size of the two buffer
objects.

FilterBdfPath is used only on Linux as a filter for BDF
when opening from /dev/dri/by-path

FilterDeviceId is used on both OSes as a filter for device id
