- Dont create synchronization object manually - take it from HW queue
- Construct MonitoredFence from HwQueue object
- D3DKMT_SUBMITCOMMANDTOHWQUEUE should get currentFenceValue
instead of its handle
- Dont pass MonitoredFenceVa/Value in cmd buffer header
