johnbash ac68e2cebf Renaming Gmm flag for ApertureOnly 
GMM_RESOURCE_FLAG::Info.ApertureOnly to GMM_RESOURCE_FLAG::Info.NonLocalOnly
Clients should use NonLocalOnly flag, ApertureOnly will be removed once
all clients switch to using new flag
