François-Simon Fauteux-Chapleau	d4b7891f48	packaging: fix Qt build on AlmaLinux ... Qt 6.6.3 doesn't build on AlmaLinux when using the latest available version of the clang-devel and llvm-devel packages. Going back to an earlier version fixes the issue.
