A couple of minor bug fixes, and several enhancements. The major addition is the pre-install hook, which allows user to intercept processing between the download and install. This allows, for example, copying the download artifacts (firmware-manifest.json) to persistent storage and saving it for later reference. Other uses include automating backups as part of the upgrade process.
