Move the Memory Affinity Info object from Arm Namespace to the Arch Common namespace. Correspondingly also update the following modules to reflect the changes introduced by the move: - SRAT generator - ConfigurationManagerObjectParser - Dynamic Plat Repo TokenFixer map.
