Move the Processor hierarchy info object from Arm Namespace to the Arch Common namespace. Correspondingly also update the following modules to reflect the changes introduced by the move: - PPTT generator - SSDT CPU topology generator - ConfigurationManagerObjectParser - Dynamic Plat Repo TokenFixer map.
