Replace uchar, uint, ulong, u_char, u_int, u_long, u_int* with
their standard equivalents.
Fixes warnings like these on OpenBSD:

file handle (-1) is passed. This resolves the issue with extra arguments being left on the Forth stack when an invalid device
access is attempted.
