test: remove flawed blit test

This test naively compares estimated blit command stream sizes instead
of actually checking if a command stream is correctly programmed.

The tested functionality is already covered by
givenMultiRootDeviceSyncNodeWhenFlushBcsTaskThenMiFlushAdded.
