363aa8cdbd performance: align local memory Tag allocations to 2MB
Align local memory allocations of tag types to 2MB when
2MB alignment is enabled via the product helper
(is2MBLocalMemAlignmentEnabled flag).

Refactored the allocateGraphicsMemoryInDevicePool function to improve
readability and maintainability. Simplified the logic for
determining base size and final alignment by reducing redundant code.

45e78fea76 fix: use productHelper in getPatIndexInfoString() on Windows
Fix the PAT-index reporting in logger as currently on Windows reported
values are simply wrong.

The changed logic dependends on `RootDeviceEnvironment` and in order to
avoid introducing such dependencies into logger.[ch] the
`logAllocation()` is no longer a member of `FileLogger` but
a free-function instead (and a separate .cpp file). This is important
because the source files `logger.[ch]` are also used by ocloc library
and there is no point to contaminate ocloc code structure with
unnecessary dependencies.

27a3307bb0 feature: support explicit memory locking
Added lockMemory in context to explicitly locking memory,
Added a boolean flag in graphics_allocation to indicate the allocation
is locked, and modified memory_operations_handler to add lock().
Change the logic to work correctly with makeResident() when lock() is
called previously for the same memory region

58fa968273 fix: Calculate size of buffer surface state given mapped allocations
Related-To: NEO-8350

- given a virtual address part of a mapping to multiple physical
allocations, then the buffer surface state size is increased to
include the allocations which follow the current allocation, which
allows users access to the remainder of the mapped buffer.

8435160db4 feature: bindless addressing for images
- program surface states for redescribed images correctly. Image copy
to/from memory are using redescribed surface states,
- refactor state base address programming - program address and size
together, set max size at the beginning due to lack of Enable flag
- set GpuBase in WddmAllocation when external heap is used
- return max ssh required size from kernelInfo or based on stateful args

67d39f88e6 feature: bindless addressing - store bindlessInfo in allocation
- store surface state info for bindless addressing in graphics
allocation
- remove map in BindlessHeapsHelper - bindlessInfo is constant for
the lifetime of an allocation
- program bindless offsets and surface states for images when used in
bindless kernel
- handle ouf of memory on surface state heap - return error

364c2da9fb feature: Add Support for zeMemPutIpcHandle & zeMemGet IPC Handle converters

- Create a new IPC Memory handle upon call to getIpcMemHandle if the
previous handle has been freed.
- Release the Ipc Memory Handle when zeMemPutIpcHandle is called.
- Create a new IPC Handle for tracking thru zeMemGetAllocProperties
when ze_external_memory_export_fd_t is used.
- Convert FD to opaque IPC handle and IPC Handle to FD.

This commit adds support for parsing SHT_NOBITS zebin's ELF sections
(containing global/constant zero-initialized data).
- Correction: in CTNI path, do not add related symbol if surface has not
been allocated.

properly check for the error and propagate it upwards.
