a39468b255 fix: don't call writeMemory on kernelIsa right after creating the allocation 
Patch only related to OpenCL.
`writeMemory` for the entire allocation is called during `processResidency`.

febe905a19 fix: set usesPrintf when .const.data.string present in elf 
- printf_buffer argument may not be present when indirect access buffer
version==2
- deduce usesPrintf based on .const.data.string presence and required
iab for those cases
