0c2662dc1b performance: dont call getMaxBlitWidth multiple times 
getMaxBlitWidth reads global memory - debug manager flags-
and calls virtual functions multiple times,
so it might not be optimized and called multiple times

0f657e8877 fix: allow creating hostptr allocations with GPU VA equal hostptr 
- when host USM memory is allocated, gpu virtual address should be the
same as cpu address when chunking due to huge size is used
