5c5c718af3 performance: detect indirect access in kernel, PVC 
Enabling on pvc after patch in igc.

Enabling only for JIT kernels because AOT could have been compiled with
IGC older than required.

0844ca0ac8 refactor: cleanup getBindlessMode() usage 
- getGlobalBindlessHeapConfiguration() should be used to choose global
alloctor for SSH

7d08255d79 refactor: Add unrecoverable macro for case with offset greater than 4 GB 
Change DEBUG_BREAK to UNRECOVERABLE macro in the case of offset greater
than 32 bit (4 GB). Such huge offsets are not supported.
Current implementation is able to hide issues leading to incorrect
behaviour (i.e. overwritting indirect data).

Do not make indirect allocations resident if kernel does not use
indirect access.
For both level zero and opencl.
Currently disabled by default, enable with debug flag
DetectIndirectAccessInKernel

a262bffeb4 feat(ocl): Generate minimal set of args info 
Provide minimalistic arg info metada when provided native binary is missing
kernels_misc_info section.
- For args passed by value and by pointer (-images/samplers), do not
specify type name - instead, return an opaque* type name with size.
