6f26ced3b5 Don't store MockProgram as member of fixture 
This is to prepare for adding argument to MockProgram constructor. It'll have
to be constructed after ExecutionEnvironment creation, for example after
DeviceFixture::SetUp.

5c83a077ff refactored Event::getEventProfilingInfo 
- depending on argument different parameter size may be returned. we
  shouldn't check this at the beginning of file but after checking
  parameter name.
- check retVal in profiling ULTs

c17a2f70fd Do not update tag on pipe control with level change. 
- Tag should be updated only as a part of epilogue.
- Level change should only emit pipe control with cs stall
