Pratik Bari	8ea7751381	refactor(sysman): Remove Pmt tile aggregator from Sysman Modules ... - The PMT tile aggregator used by the frequency and power modules has been replaced with the wrapper functions which calls the functions from the Pmt Util class. - The earlier Pmt Tile aggregator implementation has been removed from the PMT specific files.
