929193c937 Remove OCL object from MemoryProperties 14/n 
- Remove MemoryProperties from api layer
- Delete mem_obj_types & mem_obj_types_common
MemoryProperties is now fully replaced by MemoryPropertiesFlags

-create masks for buffer and image flags
-create common file for mem_obj_helper
-refactor parseMemoryProperties
-remove:
 checkUsedFlagsForBuffer, checkUsedFlagsForImage,
 addCommonMemoryProperties, addBufferMemoryProperties,
 addExtraMemoryProperties, addImageMemoryProperties

- Dont make cpu/gpu writes on read-only unmap
- Read/Write on limited map range only
