1401b45018 Execute Level Zero Tools ULTs on each build 
Also:
-Remove files already available in core ULTs, to avoid
duplication of code.
-Add a simple ULT for sysmanGet.
-Remove carriage-return symbols from tools/test/unit_tests/CMakeLists.txt.
