- save position of kernel internal container when allocation can change
- reuse the same position when new allocation arrives
- add index container for additional allocation of image argument
- save position of additional allocation of image argument

2b964254d6 performance: debug key for adjust ULLS on battery 
ULLS controller timeout settings will be adjusted based on ac line
status and lowest queue throttle from submissions.

Lowest queue throttle is reset when controller stops ULLS.

2fe3804cc2 performance(ocl): add usm allocation pooling flag 
EnableDeviceUsmAllocationPool and EnableHostUsmAllocationPool for device
and host allocations respectively.

Pool size will be set to flag value * MB.

Allocation size threshold to be pooled is 1MB.

Pools are created per context.

498cf5e871 Implement GPU hang detection 
This change uses DRM_IOCTL_I915_GET_RESET_STATS to detect
GPU hangs. When such situation is encountered, then
zeCommandQueueSynchronize returns ZE_RESULT_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST.

76565529f6 Remove GMock: GMockProgram, MockDispatchKernelEncoder, GMockSourceLevelDebugger 
New name for mock class:
GMockProgram -> MockProgramAppendKernelDebugOptions

Also GMockSourceLevelDebugger class body has been merged with
MockSourceLevelDebugger.
