c26d24e555 fix: tbx page fault manager hang issue 
- Updated `isAllocTbxFaultable` to exclude `gpuTimestampDeviceBuffer` from being
faultable.
- Replaced `SpinLock` with `RecursiveSpinLock` in `CpuPageFaultManager` and
`TbxPageFaultManager` to allow recursive locking.
- Added unit tests to verify the correct handling of `gpuTimestampDeviceBuffer`
in `TbxCommandStreamTests`.

6d15c248ec feature: Add regkey to control AUB/TBX writable for buffer host memory 
The new regkey SetBufferHostMemoryAlwaysAubWritable=0/1 allows controlling
if buffer host memory allocation is one-time AUB / TBX writable.

dee5ecfdf3 fix: ReturnSubDevicesAsApiDevices flag being ignored 
Proper subdevice count being returned now in GfxCoreHelper
path, as previous method ignored the usage of the
ReturnSubDevicesAsApiDevices flag.

5af9509877 Correct scope of WA for pipecontrol before nonpipelined state 
- for DG2 platforms it is valid only for G10/G11/G12
- for MTL platforms it is valid only for 12.70.0 and 12.71.0

Additionally:
- setup default hw ip version for each platform
- merge dg2 specific product helper tests to single file
