737f81c491 feature: include API calls parameters in graph visualisation 
- add logic for extracting parameters from closures
- move dump-related types to specified graph_export file
- extract test fixtures to header file for reuse
- rename test_graph_exporter.cpp -> test_graph_export.cpp

13a5e90124 refactor: split definitions from cmdlist_launch_params.h 
Moving defintion of:
- CmdListKernelLaunchParamsExt to cmdlist_launch_params_ext.h
- CopyOffloadMode to copy_offload_mode.h
- MemoryCopyParams to cmdlist_memory_copy_params.h
- CommandToCopy to command_to_copy.h

Store LaunchParamsExt as non-pointer member of CmdListKernelLaunchParams

b10c6b4703 feature: add global driver dispatch as prework for DDI handles extension support 
As per DDI handles extension, global ddi table pointers will be included
in every L0 handle.

This change is focused on initialization of the global objects and reuse
of them within zeGet...ProcAddrTable functions to avoid duplication
of per component ddi table definitions

5e15543b14 test: improve unit tests - use virtual file system 
- use virtualFileSystem in ULTs, writeDataToFile() does not create file
but instead saves filename. Call to fileExists() checks if file was
previously written
