8b57d28116 clang-format: enable sorting includes 
Include files are now grouped and sorted in following order:
1. Header file of the class the current file implements
2. Project files
3. Third party files
4. Standard library

47f3dad619 Apply (2/4)x4x1 layout when generating local ids for kernel with images only 
- For SIMD8 apply 2x4x1 layout
- For SIMD16/SIMD32 apply 4x4x1 layout

cbcf77ae49 Fix out of bound problem while estimating Indirect Object Heap. 
- While estimating the required size of Indirect Object Heap we were not
handling properly the lack of local ids case
- In such case we should allocate one GRF per HW thread that will be unused
