ac7d936942 fix: invalidate texture cache for BCS image write

If BCS is writing new data to an image, texture cache
should be invalidated as it might contain stale data for
that image.

ace883ca55 performance: don't flush gpgpu if not required

With this commit events created on multi root device contexts will
synchronize using signaled TagNodes instead of using taskCounts.
