Kindracki, Jakub Tomasz 2ce3f4fa40 test: Remove resetCommandStreamReceiver from tests ...

Changed the implementation to use EnvironmentWithCsrWrapper with setUpT
instead of resetCommandStreamReceiver.
Changed related tests to templated tests.
