fix: ensure proper heap alignment ...
Noticed an issue on machine with following `sycl-ls`:
When running `sycl-ls` with a recent debug build of NEO, it exposed a
heap alignment problem:
```shell
Assert was called at 324 line in file:
../../src/neo/shared/source/memory_manager/gfx_partition.cpp
```
