Dunajski, Bartosz 46003145e9 Gmm interface update 
- Use local gmmClientContext instead of pGMMGlobalContext
- ResourceInfo and PTmanager creation from gmmClientContext
- Mock Gmm context creation in Wddm to have only one instance per run
