Patryk Wrobel 4cde6ea1ce Detect GPU hangs in CommandMapUnmap::submit() ...

This change introduces detection of GPU hangs
in CommandMapUnmap::submit() as well as in Event::submitCommand().
ULTs have been added to cover the new code.
