Fabian Zwolinski b909b03b02 Rename OpenCL Platform Name ...

- Rename "Intel(R) OpenCL HD Graphics" -> "Intel(R) OpenCL Graphics"
- Add and implement new DebugVariable - OverridePlatformName - for
overriding Platform Name in OpenCL
