Latif, Raiyan dee5ecfdf3 fix: ReturnSubDevicesAsApiDevices flag being ignored ...

Proper subdevice count being returned now in GfxCoreHelper
path, as previous method ignored the usage of the
ReturnSubDevicesAsApiDevices flag.
