Krzysztof Gibala f8818c5984 Remove OCL object from MemoryProperties 3/n
Wire in MemoryPropertiesFlags support to:
-getGraphicsAllocationType
-isSuitableForRenderCompression
Add variable to MemoryPropertiesFlags:
-forceSharedPhysicalMemory
