Cencelewska, Katarzyna f94528097a fix: add set stateCacheInvalidationEnable to flush cache 
when blit operation and dcflush needed

resolves problem with corruptions visible when switch ccs with bcs
on platforms without engines coherency

Resolves: NEO-7577
