Fixes debug assert triggered in unregisterAllocation()
for GPU_TIMESTAMP_DEVICE_BUFFER imported from shared handle:Y
DEBUG_BREAK_IF(allocation->getUnderlyingBufferSize() > sysMemAllocsSize);
