The UnrollVectorPattern is can be used in a programmable fashion by:
```
OwningRewritePatternList patterns;
patterns.insert<UnrollVectorPattern<AddFOp>>(ArrayRef<int64_t>{2, 2}, ctx);
patterns.insert<UnrollVectorPattern<vector::ContractionOp>>(
ArrayRef<int64_t>{2, 2, 2}, ctx);
...
applyPatternsAndFoldGreedily(getFunction(), patterns);
```
