In cmake, if TEST_COMPILE_ONLY is set compiler-rt/cmake/Modules/CompilerRTDarwinUtils.cmake invokes try_compile_only() but try_compile_only() is defined in BuiltinTests.cmake and is not included in CompilerRTDarwinUtils.cmake.
