Flush the process when symbols are loaded/unloaded manually. This was going on in:
- "target modules load" command
- SBTarget::SetSectionLoadAddress(...)
- SBTarget::ClearSectionLoadAddress(...)
- SBTarget::SetModuleLoadAddress(...)
- SBTarget::ClearModuleLoadAddress(...)
