Simon Atanasyan 604aee134a [ELF][MIPS] Factor out SumVA adjustments into a couple of separate functions. NFC.

The patch does not reduce the size of the code but makes
InputSectionBase::relocate cleaner a bit.

LLVM Linker (lld)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the LLVM Linker, a modular cross platform linker which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.
