Lawrence D'Anna c040b30ffc update SBDebugger::SetInputFile() etc to work on native Files ...

Summary:
This patch adds FileSP versions of SetInputFile(),
SetOutputFile, and SetErrorFile().   SWIG will convert native
python file objects into FileSP.
