Zachary Turner f8610fc4e7 Revert "Implement basic DidAttach and DidLaunch for DynamicLoaderWindowsDYLD" 
This breaks many tests on Windows, which now all fail with an error such
as "Unable to read memory at address <xxxxxxxx>".
