Masahiro Yamada 4bb3dac772 usb: dwc3-uniphier: replace <common.h> with <linux/bitops.h> ...

Including <common.h> pulls in a lot of bloat.  What this driver needs
is BIT(), so replace it with <linux/bitops.h>
