Mauro Carvalho Chehab 738aaa56f6 xc5000: Add firmware for xc5000c variant ...

Newer devices use xc5000c, and require a different firmware.
Add firmware file for for it. The licensing company is different,
because Xceive was bougth by Cresta. So, while the license terms
are the same, the Copyright owner is different.
