	* Fix 24/30FPS full screen video low residency
DCN401:
	* Keep Bounding Box Commands Contained Inside VBIOS
	* update DPHY register define
	* Revert "Fix detection for lane swap"
	* Fix THM register access

Tested with DC v3.2.338
