common, kconfig: Fix defaut value of BOOTSTAGE_STASH_SIZE

Browse Source 
The default value of BOOTSTAGE_STASH_SIZE should be set to hexadecimal,
but an integer value is set. This fixes the BOOTSTAGE_STASH_SIZE number
from hexadecimal to integer.
