Move 918+ console to first UART 
Original console should always be there. However, 918+ has the
first serial port disabled programmatically in the kernel after
initial stages of the boot process. LKM reversed that. However,
it wasn't stable as the issue #10 showed. Since we moved to
I/O scheduler loading model we can safely re-enable that.
