Andreas Färber d1c94b88f4 ppc: Add support for -cpu 970 ...

The 970fx is supported, which happens to be the default CPU for -M mac99.
The IBM JS20 had a dual 970 though, and -cpu 970 leads to a busy loop:

>> Unknown cpu (pvr 390000), freezing!

Add a definition for the 970.
