Dominik Dabek 69a16fd3ed feature: check indirect access for kernel 
Do not make indirect allocations resident if kernel does not use
indirect access.
For both level zero and opencl.
Currently disabled by default, enable with debug flag
DetectIndirectAccessInKernel
